Why is a price given as a band and not a number?
Because the band is honest. A band of A$4,900 to A$7,900 reflects how many pages, languages and apps the job really needs. Your written quote fixes one figure inside that band before any work starts, so the band never becomes a moving target.
What is not included?
Third-party costs we do not control — domain registration fees, and any paid service your business chooses to use — plus taxes. All of it is listed in the written quote rather than hidden inside it.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. Projects are quoted as a fixed price band. The care plan is a flat monthly amount. If the scope genuinely changes, we tell you the new figure in writing before doing the work.
Are the prices in Australian dollars?
Yes, all prices on this site are in Australian dollars and exclude applicable taxes. We quote the currency you will be invoiced in and we do not convert between currencies.
What happens after the project finishes?
You can take the site as it is and run it yourself, or stay on a care plan for hosting, updates, small changes and support. There is no lock-in either way: the domain and your data are your business.
